General terms and conditions of Karin's Schaatssport, established in Dordrecht

1. General conditions
This general terms and conditions apply to all purchases in our store and orders placed via this webshop. Karin's Schaatssport has the right to change the contents of the webshop and these conditions at any time. Technical and / or color deviations in the webshop are reserved. We are not responsible for misprints in the webshop.
2. Confirmation of receipt
All items displayed on this webshop are without obligation until you have received an order confirmation by email.
3. Agreement
By sending the order to us, you enter into an agreement with Karin's Schaatssport with which you also agree to the data mentioned in this agreement. Karin's Schaatssport has the obligation to send you the ordered article as soon as possible, and you have the obligation to take it after payment. Karin's Schaatssport is not liable if and insofar as her obligations can not be fulfilled due to force majeure.
4. Transport and costs
The risk during transport of the ordered goods is for Karin's Schaatssport and passes at the moment of delivery to you.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. If items are not in stock, you will be notified. In consultation, the order can be post-delivered or canceled at a later date. The amount will then be refunded within 14 days.
6. Returns
You can return your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. If you decide to return the shipment, please send us an e-mail stating your order number. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer. Goods that are returned must be returned undamaged, not worn, in original packaging and with invoice copy to the address below
As soon as the items are returned to us, the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs, of these items will be paid back within 14 working days. If the articles are no longer in mint condition, Karin's Schaatssport has the right to refuse these items and the right to a refund will lapse. We will then inform you about this.

Note: Items that are not included in our assortment as standard, as well as specially ordered and / or made for the customer can not be returned. This also applies to adjusted skate sizes as well as to shoes that are specifically mounted on an iron chosen by the consumer or on a SnowWhite inline base.
7. Warranty
If something is wrong with a product that you have purchased from Karin's Schaatssport, then you can of course call on Karin's Schaatssport to carry out the guarantee.
