General terms and conditions of Karin's Schaatssport, established in Dordrecht

1. General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases in our store and orders placed through this webshop. Karin's Schaatssport reserves the right to change the content of the webshop and these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to make technical and/or color deviations in the webshop. We are not responsible for typographical errors in the webshop.
2. Confirmation of Receipt
All items displayed in this webshop are non-binding until you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Agreement
By submitting your order to us, you enter into an agreement with Karin's Schaatssport, thereby agreeing to the information stated in this agreement. Karin's Schaatssport is obligated to send you the ordered item as soon as possible, and you are obligated to accept it after payment. Karin's Schaatssport is not liable if and to the extent its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
In the event of technical typographical errors or printing errors in our webshop, we reserve the right to cancel an order placed by the customer. You will be informed of this by email.
4. Transport and Costs
The risk during transport of the ordered goods is borne by Karin's Schaatssport and passes upon delivery to you.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. If items are out of stock, you will be notified. Upon consultation, the order can be delivered at a later date or canceled. The amount will then be refunded within 14 days.
Pre-order Delivery.
If you order in-stock items combined with a pre-order/product to be delivered later, your order will be shipped when it is complete. Your order can be partially shipped upon request. Shipping costs for the subsequent delivery will be charged separately.
6. Exchanges, Returns, and/or Cancellations
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product, the costs are entirely at your own expense.
Returns: You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. If you decide to return the shipment, please send us an email stating your order number. The return of delivered items is entirely at the buyer's expense and risk. Returned goods must be undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging, and with a copy of the invoice, returned to the address below.
Once the items have been returned to us, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 business days. If the items are no longer in new condition, Karin's Schaatssport reserves the right to refuse them, and the right to a refund will lapse. We will inform you of this.
For exchanges and returns, you can always visit our store; we're happy to help!
Please note: Items that are not included in our standard range, or that have been specially ordered and/or made for the customer, cannot be returned. This also applies to custom skate sizes, as well as boots specifically mounted on a blade chosen by the customer, or on a SnowWhite inline frame.
Cancellation:
We remind you that if you have placed an online order and it has been confirmed and processed by us, the purchase is binding.
If you subsequently wish to cancel the order, Karin's Schaatssport reserves the right to charge administration and cancellation fees (plus any payment fees) related to the refund.
This applies to the cancellation of a confirmed order that has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can then return your order after receiving it.
7. Warranty
If there is a problem with a product you purchased from Karin's Schaatssport, you can, of course, contact Karin's Schaatssport to fulfill the warranty. Karin's Schaatssport will fulfill the warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Products that have been modified in any way, whether or not at the customer's request, such as printing, embroidery, crystals, or rhinestones, are covered by a warranty period of 14 days after first use.
8. Complaints
All complaints or comments will be handled by Karin's Schaatssport. You can submit these via info@karinsschaatssport.nl or by phone at +31 6 49 39 86 43. Complaints will be handled as quickly as possible.
