Not satisfied with your order? You can return the product within 14 days of receipt.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Always register your return first by email to info@karinsschaatssport.nl and then follow the steps below. If you forget to register your return, it may take longer for us to process it.
Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in the bag or box, along with the original packing slip on which the items you wish to return are marked.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can return your order via GoParcel https://v2.goparcel.nl/returns/company/0198a319-a014-7221-82ac-e524d2fcd402 or with your own chosen shipping company.

The product must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
Orders placed outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return. Returning delivered items is entirely at the buyer's expense and risk, including returning defective products. Returned items are your responsibility until they are returned to us.
There is no washing guarantee for clothing; any problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.
Upon receipt, the items will be checked after which the purchase price plus the shipping costs for the outward shipment will be refunded.The shipping costs for the outward journey will only be refunded if the order is returned in its entirety. If you return only part of your order, the refund for the outward journey costs will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE: The refund of the outward shipping costs only applies to countries within Europe. For non-European countries, the outward shipping costs will not be refunded when returning the order.
The refund amount will be credited back to the account you used for payment within 10 business days. It may take 1 to 2 days for your bank to process the transaction.
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card company and will appear on your next credit card statement.
If the items are no longer in new condition, Karin's Schaatssport reserves the right to refuse these items, and the right to a refund will be forfeited. We will inform you of this.
Please note: Items that are not part of our standard assortment, or that have been specially ordered and/or made for the customer, cannot be returned. This also applies to custom skate sizes and boots specifically mounted on a blade or inline frame chosen by the customer.
We remind you that in the event an order is received and subsequently canceled, the company reserves the right to retain any fees associated with the refund.
Incorrect, damaged, or malfunctioning product
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered to you in good condition and undamaged. If something does go wrong, please contact us within 5 business days at info@karinsschaatssport.nl, including your order number.
We will respond within 48 hours and provide a suitable solution.
