Do you want to exchange an item for another item, or a different size or color? This is not possible in our webshop, but it is possible in the store. You can exchange (or return your (online) order) free of charge via our store.

Return : If you change your mind after you have received your order, the item you ordered does not fit or there is another reason why you want to cancel your order, you can return this order within 14 days of receipt.

You must report the return of your order or part thereof to us by email, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Goods that are returned must be returned undamaged, unworn, in original packaging and with a copy of the invoice to the address below.

Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer, this also applies to returning a defective product.

You will receive an e-mail when your return has been processed. After this, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

If the articles are no longer in new condition, Karin's Schaatssport has the right to refuse these articles and the right to a refund will lapse. We will then inform you about this.

We remind you that in the event of an order received and then canceled, the Company reserves the right to withhold any expenses related to the reimbursement to be  made.

Please note: Items that are not included in our standard range, as well as specially ordered and/or made for the customer, cannot be returned. This also applies to adapted skate sizes as well as to shoes that are specifically mounted on an iron or inline base chosen by the consumer.
