ORDER PROCEDURE
In the categories on top of this page you will find the products that we offer. Choose the products you would like to purchase by pressing the shopping-cart button. Would you like to purchase more than one item? Press "Continue shopping".
Did you fill your cart with all the products you want? Then select the preferred shipping method and press "Proceed to checkout".
Please provide your name and address details and the payment method. Optionally you can create an account by filling in a username and password. This way you do not need to provide your details again in the event of a next purchase. Press "Continue".
Check your order and shipping details. You can choose to print you order at this point. Press "Continue" (to pay with PayPal or wire-transfer) to place your order.
Shipping cost
We ship your order using Selektvracht / DHL. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day, including saturday.
Rates within The Netherlands :
- Mailbox parcel Track & Trace € 3,50
- Parcel till 1 kg € 5,75
- Parcel till 10 kg € 6,95 (other rates on request)
Rates Belgium/Germany :
- Parcel 0-1 kg € 9.50
- Parcel 1- 10 kg € 11.95 (other rates on request)
Shipping costs include VAT.
Delivery time
Karin's Schaatssport will try to deliver your order within 5 working days as soon as your payment is received.
Deliveries outside The Netherlands are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
Order pickup
It is also possible to pickup your order in our shop in Dordrecht. As soon as your order is ready we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make an appointment.
Customers outside The Netherlands should use the following account number for paying to Karin's Schaatssport by wire-transfer:

iDEAL (only for The Netherlands)
With iDEAL you can easily pay you online purchase in a safe way. You use your own trusted online banking system, based on specific methods of your own bank. When you already use online banking, you can use iDEAL, without having to register. For more information go to the iDEAL website.
WHAT TO DO WHEN CANCELLING OR RETURNING AN ORDER
Cancel
Cancelling an order while it has not been shipped is free of charge.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you should refuse the package on delivery. If you already made a payment to Karin's Schaatssport, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the package in good condition. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Return period
You can return an order within a 14 day cool down period without specifying a reason, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions are products assembled especially for you or product especially ordered for you. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. For more information see article 4.1 of our terms and conditions.
Whould you like to return your whole order? Products received should be sent to the return address mentioned below. Karin's Schaatssport will refund the total order amount, excluding the shipping cost. Return delivery costs will not be refunded.
When returning a part of the order, the shipping cost are for your account. The purchase amount of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Delivery costs will not be refunded in this case.
All cancelations, exchanges and returns must be made known to Karin's Schaatssport in writing. This is possible by e-mail or postal service. You should mention at least your full name and order number.
To refund already paid orders (payment in advance) we need your bank account number. Customers from outside The Netherlands need to mention the IBAN and BIC/Swift numbers of their own bank.
Warning: the banking account used for the refund should be the same as the banking account you used for Karin's Schaatssport before. This to prevent possible fraud with refunds.
Paid amounts will be refunded to you within 14 days.
